How to Get to the Forum	You can get to Sochi by «Aeroflot» via Moscow or St. Petersburg. To be transferred from the airport to the Hotel you should inform the organizers of the Forum (see «Forum Operators» noted below) about the date of arrival and the flight number.

Participant Cancellation	Cancellation and transfer to colleagues must be in writing. Transfer to colleagues is possible at any time. 90% refund will apply if cancellation notice is received prior to September 5th, 2002. Participants may cancel their registration and receive the refund of registration fees paid less 50% thereof providing they notify GUP «Krasnodar Krai Economic Development Agency» in writing after September 5th, 2002.
