JSC "Krayinvestbank"

The open joint-stock company "Krasnodar Krai Investment Bank" (JSC "Krayinvestbank") was established by the resolution of the founders (Minutes No.1 of December 14, 1999).

The major founder of the bank is Krai State Specialized Establishment "State Property Fund of Krasnodar Krai".

The certificate of state registration № 3360 of February 14, 2001.
The license for execution of bank operations № 3360 of June 14, 2001.
By the resolution of a competitive commission (protocol № 2 of March 4, 2002) the Bank is authorized as "The authorized credit organization of the Krasnodar Krai Administration".

Objectives of the Bank:

• Creation of the universal, flexible, dynamically developing banking structure in the financial market of Kuban.
• Assistance in establishing and functioning of the structure of the financial market of the region, allowing to recover the trust of Russian and foreign investors, to attract them in the process of the expansion of the Kuban economy.
• Maintenance and representation of the interests of the founders of the Bank in various segments of the regional financial market (execution of functions of a bank-operator).
• Assistance for the development of the real production sector of the economy and of the social sphere of Kuban.

The pledge of dynamic development of the bank, its stability and reliability is the policy of the Krasnodar Krai Administration on gradual introduction in the structure of the founders of all administrations of areas and cities of regional submission, accompanied by simultaneous increase of the authorized capital.
