The Petrochemical Division manufactures and supplies chemical additives used to enhance the transportation, storage and handling of crude oil and oil products.

The Transport and Logisitics Division provides transport, customs clearance, marine agency, shipchandlery, consultancy and logistics services of all types, with a major role in transport and logistics for the recently completed "Caspian Pipeline Consortium " (C.P.C.) oil pipeline and the 'Blue Stream' gas pipeline project - two of the largest post-Soviet era projects undertaken in Russia.
