Universal Management and Consulting Company (UMACO) has developed and currently coordinates a «Strategic Concept of Hotel and Hotel Infrastructure Design, Location/Siting, Construction and Management in Greater Sochi». This concept is the way to best create and develop one of the key industries in this major national resort-city.

«Katerina» is the first national hotel chain in Russia owned by a Russian company, namely UMACO. The mission of the company is to improve the hospitality business in Russia. In addition to implementing entire hotel management programs, UMACO also offers consulting services that include: construction of hotels (from concept to construction), hotel management, financial and legal consulting, personnel recruiting and training.
