The Ministry for Foreign Affairs has introduced new procedures for the issue of visas by all the Russian General Consulates in overseas countries.
Part of the procedure to obtain a visa is to be in possession of an Invitation Letter in a certain format from an accredited Russian organization. Krasnodar Krai Economic Development Agency is accredited by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and can process an Invitation Letter for you.
To be invited to the Economic Forum «Kuban-2002» you should:
| 1. | Fill in the Personal Details Form (for Visa) and send it to us by E-mail: personal@istnet.ru or by fax: +7 (8612) 62 22 94 together with the completed Forum Registration Form. The Personal Details Form (for Visa) is in this section of the website. |
| 2. | We receive the Personal Details Form, process the necessary documents and submit them to the Representation of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, which in its turn processes them, assigns a number to your Invitation Letter and sends it to the Russian General Consulate in the city where you are going to obtain your Visa. |
| 3. | We contact you and tell you the number that has been assigned to your Invitation Letter. This is the confirmation that you have been officially invited to this business trip. |
| 4. | In the Russian General Consulate where you are going to get your Visa, you fill in the necessary papers referring to the Number assigned to your Invitation Letter. |
| 5. | You get the Visa without any troubles. |
The cost for processing the Invitation Letter is USD 40.
You can pay it together with the Registration Fee (USD 690) against one Invoice that will be issued for USD 730.
