This publication highlights the topical problems of business management and organization. The main goal of the magazine is to support Russian managers who intend to establish professional approach to their real business tasks by providing them with the information on the advanced management techniques, success stories, and personalities. Twice a year, the special issue appears concerning the power and fuel industry of the Russian Federation, and during the last two years special issues devoted to the following events and issues have appeared:

• Moscow Aerospace Show '2001
• Kremlin Cup '2002
• Kizlyar Cognac-production Plant: problems and trends
• Self-governing on a municipal level.

The periodical has gained wide authority among the executives of businesses and other enterprises in Russia and the CIS as well as among the political leaders of the Federation and its regions.

In March 2003, the publishers have launched a new magazine "Business Lady: Image, Career, Ideas" which is planned to come out quarterly and provide Russian women engaged in business management with the information concerning their specific interests.
