"The Epoch's Project" is being implemented in the territory of Kuban and is the largest project in the history of the world gas business. Its uniqueness is comparable only with the first man-made satellite launching. The objects of the project are:
- enlargement of the Russian natural gas market;
- attraction of additional currency earnings into the Russian economy;
- preservation of Russia influence in the Black Sea region.
The gas pipeline will distinctly increase the economic potential of the Northern Caucasian region, substantially fill up the Kuban fisc, add additional working places, form a new infrastructure, play an important role in the further gasification of Krasnodar Krai and Stavropol Krai.
The complexity of engineering and technical decisions realized during the construction of the sea part of the pipeline is unique in the world practice.
OOO "Kubangasprom" is running the "Blue Stream" gas-transport system and over years is working on creating the structures and systems providing optimal security during the pipeline operation and undisturbed transport of gas into the Republic of Turkey.
